Meet the Hansen Family:
Pastor Dave and family came to Louisa from Calvary Chapel of Charlottesville. Dave was an assistant to Pastor Chad Myhre.
My ministry experience started at a Billy Graham crusade in California. God used me a high school drop out as a counselor. I will never forget the first night I was able to lead someone to Christ. From there I returned home so that I ould finish high school. While at home a good friend of mine told me about Teen Missions International. I went to Germany as a team member that first summer and then led summer teams to many countries around the world. I thank God for Teen Missions. God called me into full time ministry while I was in England. I also met Kim my wife at Teen Missions' Boot Camp. I felt led to get my Bible training at Arizona College of the Bible in Phoenix, Arizona. Kim and I were married there at the end of my senior year. From there Kim and I served at Church of the Redeemer in Mesa, Arizona for two years with the youth. From there God led us back to Teen Missions to lead a team to Brazil and the African Choir Team here in the states. After those teams we spent seven years serving the Lord at Patrick Henry Boys and Girls Homes. After there we went on staff at Calvary Chapel of Charlottesvlle. I thank God for the many brothers and sisters we served with over the years. We are truly blessed to be here today in Louisa and are looking forward to see what God is going to do here in Louisa.
